Leading Ukraine's delegation in trilateral peace talks

Witkoff and Kushner wrapped up Kyiv talks on Sept 7, reporting 'substantive progress' and movement on scheduling new trilateral talks, but the 72-hour capital pause expired Sept 8. Russia immediately resumed strikes on Kyiv with a complex barrage of ballistic, cruise, anti-ship missiles and drones, killing at least five and damaging a TV station.

Miami talks with US envoys produced Trump ceasefire announcement and Abu Dhabi exchange of 314 prisoners

The Trump-brokered three-day ceasefire expired at midnight on May 12, and Russia launched 216 attack drones at Ukraine within hours. Ukrainian air defenses neutralized 192 of them. At least one person was killed in Dnipropetrovsk, and debris set fire to a 16-storey residential building in Kyiv's Obolon district.
