On May 31, Revolution Medicines presented the full Phase 3 RASolute 302 dataset at the ASCO plenary in Chicago, simultaneously published in the New England Journal of Medicine. Daraxonrasib cut the risk of death by 60%. The drug produced a 33.2% objective response rate versus 11.8% on chemotherapy and nearly halved the rate at which patients' pain worsened.
