Struck the Kirishi refinery and the Ust-Luga port in Leningrad Oblast in late August and Sept. 1; destroyed nine fuel tanks in Sochi on Sept. 4; hit the Ryazan refinery's two largest crude units and a Rostov airfield on Sept. 6; struck refineries in Perm and Tatarstan on Sept. 7.

Ukrainian drones hit two more Russian oil targets in the first week of September. On Sept. 6, FP-1 long-range drones struck the Ryazan refinery's two largest crude units, cutting more than 77% of its primary refining capacity. The next night, drones hit the LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez refinery and the TANECO facility in Nizhnekamsk, about 1,500 km from Ukraine.

Operating over 100,000 drone sorties per month

On April 20, Ukraine struck two large Russian Navy landing ships — the Yamal and the Nikolai Filchenkov — in Sevastopol Bay, disabling an estimated $150 million in naval assets and destroying a Podlet-K1 radar station. The same night, drones hit the Tuapse oil refinery in Krasnodar for the second time in a week, igniting tank farm fires at one of Russia's ten largest refineries. These were the latest in a sustained campaign that has forced Russia's Black Sea Fleet to abandon its historic base in Crimea and retreat to Novorossiysk, where it is still being hit.
