Expanding Greenville and Reedsburg plants; facing scrutiny over a Greenville sewer overflow and a Wisconsin cheese plant closure

Foremost Farms is expanding the milk processing plant it opened in Greenville, Michigan, in 2019. On Sept. 3 the city council approved a $494,320 sewer bypass contract, and Foremost Farms will repay a separate assessment under $600,000 over five years.
